Oscar Macias has spent more than 20 years in real estate—and somewhere along the way decided that just selling properties wasn’t enough.

A UTEP Finance and Economics graduate, Oscar is the Broker and Owner of Brokers Inc Real Estate Group, Brokers Inc Investment Group, Brokers Inc Property management, H&M Development, a Texas Real Estate Broker, and a New Mexico Qualifying Broker. Over the past decade, he has consistently produced $30–$40 million in annual real estate sales, working across residential, commercial, investment, and industrial properties.

But Oscar is a real estate investor at heart. His businesses have expanded into property management, remodeling, acquisitions, and value-add investments—giving him experience on just about every side of a real estate deal.

His philosophy is pretty simple: find the opportunity, understand the numbers, negotiate hard, and create value.

When he’s not doing real estate, you’ll probably find him on a golf course, riding a motorcycle or looking at another watch he definetly doesn't need.
